Rules for nomination
  • HR professionals aged 30 or under are eligible to nominate.
  • Professionals with strong record in HR innovation, outstanding performance, establishing business HR, or engaged in HR technology, implementation of HR strategies, creating HR platforms are welcome.
  • The nomination form must be filled online by the nominees by the deadline date to be able to present the work before the eminent Jury.
  • Incomplete, mis-leading and in-correct forms are liable to get rejected. Furnishing wrong information may lead to cancellation of nomination.
  • Nomination fee is mandatory for being able to appear before the eminent Jury. Paying the fees does not guarantee an award. The nomination fee is taken for processing the forms and arranging the presentation before the eminent Jury.
  • The nomination form needs to be correctly filled before the payment is done. No editing is permissible after the payment is done. Entries without payment are incomplete and are liable to rejection.
  • An individual nominee can submit one entry.
  • Multiple nominations can be filled from a single organisation for multiple young HR leaders. Payment is mandatory for each individual nomination.
  • All the relevant documents need to be submitted at the time of filling the form in the prescribed format only. The organisers are not responsible for any missing information and rejection of form if the nominees fail to submit the complete filled form.If there are any supporting documents, these should be viewable on multiple browsers and platforms like Mac, Firefox etc. Password protected documents are not taken.
  • If at any point of time, the Jury wants any additional information for verification or their understanding of the nominee’s work, nominees are required to provide the supporting information, failing which the Jury has the right to reject the nomination.

Jury Process

★ After preliminary internal screening of the nominations by the organisers, the nominations are presented before the eminent Jury for fair and thorough evaluation of each nomination.

★ The eminent Jury comprises very senior CXOs/ CHROs/ HR industry leaders from corporate and senior leaders from academia. On the date of the final Jury evaluation, through a virtual presentation, the nominees are required to present an elevator pitch before the Jury members.

What is the process of nomination?
There is an online process for submission of nominations. Individuals under 40 who have done substantial work in HR can register, access and fill the nomination form, submit relevant documents and make the nomination fees payment for completing the process.
Are there modifications possible once the nomination form is filled?
Changes are not possible once the nomination form is filled and submitted. Please fill the form correctly and to the best of your knowledge. Providing wrong information can make the nomination liable to rejection.
Is the nomination fee refundable?
The nomination fee is non-refundable and paying the nomination fees does not guarantee an award. Nomination fees is taken for nomination screening process and arranging the jury for awards.    
Can an institution nominate for multiple awards?
Yes, multiple nominations can be filled by organisations for their young HR leaders with separate nomination fee for each nomination.

Can I submit my documents for nomination and not appear in front of Jury for evaluation?
Presenting the elevator pitch in front of the Jury is mandatory. It is a live virtual meet and confirmation for the time to present before the Jury is confirmed from all eligible nominees before the jury meet.
